What We Do

Hard Case Company manufacturers and supplies protective cases for a large range of applications. Our cases are fabricated from rigidised aluminium sheet and fitted with a mating edge extrusion on the opening faces. All the hardware (i.e. handles, locks, hinges, etc) is optimised to suit the client's needs.

Exteriors

Our cases are made with rigidised aluminium which is over 35% lighter than equivalent laminated cases, and far more resistant to denting and scratching. Our custom rigidised aluminium cases don't need ball corners, double-edge extrusions and clamps to hold them together. The case shell is folded and the corners are TIG welded. This provides an extremely strong unit.

"Rigidising" is a mated (indexed) rolling process which increases the realised wall thickness and strength of our custom cases by over 50% without increasing the realised weight.

With the highest strength to weight ratio of any custom case technology available, rigidised aluminium cases are available to suit your needs.

Interiors

The interiors of the cases are lined with foam, either closed cell or open cell, shaped to support the contents.

We can also supply unlined cases for the client to customise the interior.
